On 12 March, the Seminar “Freedom of Belief and Sport” took place in Room 12 of the Faculty of Law at the University of Zaragoza.
The first session was a presentation by Prof. Dr. Rafael Valencia Candalija (University of Seville) on religious symbolism in sport. The second session was given by Prof. Dr. José Luis Pérez Triviño (Pompeu Fabra University) with a presentation on sport, civility, and religion.
Both events were aimed at first-year Law degree students and were a success due to the relevance of the talks, which were also given by professionals expert in the subject matter, in an area that is little explored or worked on by the students.
